When Will Your Order Leave?
If the item is in stock then we usually dispatch within 24 hours. Orders placed before midday are often dispatched the same day. If an item is out of stock then we will notify you with a lead time. Usually this is only a few days unless there is a delay further up the supply chain (goods still being shipped into the country say).
Countries we Delivery to:
UK and Ireland.
Sorry but we do not delivery to other countries.
Shipping Methods
For most UK deliveries we can offer shipping options via Royal Mail or APC couriers. You can choose which option best suits you on the Basket Page. For Northern Ireland, certain parts of Scotland and the Channel Islands we only use Royal Mail. Be sure to enter your Postcode on the Basket Page to see what shipping options and prices apply to your destination. For Ireland we use Royal Mail and offer Surface or Airmail. All prices are based on weight/volume of the order and a therefore calculated at checkout.
Delivery Times
When your order is despatched you will get an email. Dependent on the delivery service you selected your order will arrive as follows:

Signing for Deliveries
Royal Mail Items do not need to be signed for (although you may need to pick them up from your local depot if you're out when they call).
APC Courier items are normally signed for but can be left with a neighbour if you are out. You can however nominate a safe place for the parcel to be left if you want – there is a Special Delivery Instructions box on the Checkout page for this if you wish. Similarly if you would prefer the item is NOT left with a neighbour you can select so here.
Non Delivery
If your order has not been received within 7 working days from dispatch please contact us. Our contact details are included with the confirmation email along with your order number (which would be handy).
