Returns Policy.

No Quibble Return.

If the goods are unwanted and still unused & with tags etc. you can return them for a refund or exchange (see below for more on how this works).

Refund

Assuming the goods are unused/unworn etc. (because the don't fit comfortably say) you can return them to us for a refund of the goods. We are unable to refund postage/shipping costs. Please phone or email us to arrange for this.


Exchange
Assuming the goods are unused/unworn etc but simply don't fit or are the wrong size you can return the goods to us for a replacement. In this event you are responsible for the cost of return shipping but we will send off the replacement(s) Free Carriage. We understand buying without trying can be difficult, so we feel this method shares the added shipping costs equally.

Faulty Item

Fault within 30 days.
We do not believe that faults should develop within 30 days, so as a company policy we will refund or replace the item for you instead of waiting for a repair to be carried out. We may however, send the item for inspection with the supplier if we believe the fault may be due to incorrect use, user error or accidental damage.


Faults after 30 Days
As the retailer we are entitled to make reasonable efforts to repair a faulty item before issuing a refund or replacement. We will therefore send the faulty item to our suppliers, as a guideline we suggest it takes at least 10 working days for the supplier to complete their investigations. This is a time frame we advise based on the average, we cannot guarantee that a faulty inspection will be completed within this time. After inspection, once confirmed as faulty we will always endeavour to replace the faulty item like for like, if no replacement is available then we will offer a full refund.

We assess every return individually so it is always best to ring or email us first so we can resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Shipping and Handling

You are responsible for return shipping charges. If the goods are faulty we will issue a refund of your postage when the case is resolved. Goods are your responsibility until they arrive with us.

Our Returns Policy does not affect your Statutory Rights.
